Frequently Asked Questions

  • I use time-tracking software that rounds my hours to the nearest 15 minutes. Rest assured, I'll notify you when you're nearing your retainer limit, allowing me to either extend your hours or adjust tasks as necessary.

  • I require that all retainer contracts are to be paid upfront on a monthly basis. Invoices will be sent on the first day of the month, and payments should be made electronically within 48 hours.

  • My rates cover the time spent on your assignment, including any communication I have with you through phone, email and zoom meetings (such as during our initial briefing). If there are any extra costs for items like stationery, postage, or packaging, I will notify you in advance and charge you at cost price.

  • Yes, absolutely! If you need some extra hours for a certain month then let me know and I can do my best to accommodate your needs. Extra hours will be charged at the same hourly rate as your retainer package.

    My standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CET. Support outside these hours or for urgent requests is available, but it may incur an extra fee on the hourly rate.
